At Geared Up, our Multi-Sport Specialists offer training programs to athletes of all abilities from the first-time recreational athlete looking for accountability to those athletes aiming for the Ironman Hawaii World Championship!

We don’t believe that one program fits all needs and we do believe that training should be as specific and individual as we are.

We also believe training should be affordable and accessible for everyone that’s why we’ve developed 3 different plans to fit your lifestyle.

1 on 1 PLATINUM Performance Coaching:

  • Evaluation of past training
  • Develop future goals specific to individual
  • Unlimited communication initiated by the athlete via e-mail or phone
  • Programs are structured to the individual athlete to include the following:
    • Detailed description of the workouts
    • Purpose of the workout (speed, strength, recovery, etc.)
    • Correct heart rate and/or lactate training zones
    • Distance and/or time to be covered in the workout
    • Monthly testing to assess fitness gains, or weak areas
    • Other specific details or comments tailored to the athlete
    • Taper plan
    • Race day nutrition plan
    • Post race recovery plan
    • Coach will adjust your schedule, as much as needed for unforeseen events
    • Guaranteed feedback weekly

 

1 on 1 GOLD Performance Coaching:

  • Evaluation of past training
  • Develop future goals specific to the individual athlete
  • Unlimited communication via e-mail and one phone call per week, initiated by the athlete
  • Workouts are sent in blocks of two-three weeks
  • Programs are structured to the individual athlete to include the following:
    • Detailed description of the workouts
    • Purpose of the workout (speed, strength, recovery, etc.)
    • Correct heart rate and/or lactate training zone
    • Distance and time to be covered in the workout
    • Other specific details or comments tailored to the athlete
    • Monthly testing to assess fitness gains, or weak areas
    • Taper plan
    • Race day nutrition plan
    • Coach will adjust your schedule, as much as needed for unforeseen events. 

 

1 on 1 SILVER Performance Coaching:

  • Internet coaching Only – Out of Area Athletes
  • Evaluation of past training
  • Develop future goals specific to the individual athlete
  • Workouts are sent in blocks of three weeks
  • Unlimited communication via e-mail, initiated by the athlete
  • Programs are structured to the individual athlete to include the following:
    • Detailed description of the workouts
    • Purpose of the workout (speed, strength, recovery, etc.)
    • Correct heart rate training zones and effort
    • Distance and time to be covered in the workout
    • Any other specific details or comments tailored to the athlete
    • Taper plan
    • Race day nutrition plan
