Make progress or make excuses. You Decide ...

Many of you are stuck at home, no pool, and no access to a gym.

People are asking me how to stay in shape, given the current situation.

Surprisingly, there's a lot you can do.

Of course, nothing is going to beat your formal exercise program.

But the goal here is keeping from losing strength, not making gains.

So for now, we have to make the best of things, knowing we'll be getting back to normal as soon as possible.

For now, keep in mind that overall fitness is very much about your core muscles.

So while we want to keep things balanced, your workout should be focused around using your core for each exercise.

Also keep in mind that a little goes a long way. Whether you are quarantined or just generally staying home a lot, the key is to keep your immune system strong- not to wipe yourself out with strenuous workouts.
