Heart Rate Training

Increases endurance level.  An excellent way for athletes to build up their cardio-vascular levels.  Heart rate training is the basis for all training methods.  Novice exercisers and seasoned professional benefit from it.

Coach Angie offers a Lactate Threshold (LT) Analysis.  The lactate measurement is a very individual, precise method used to accurately determine an athlete’s Heart Rate training zones, recovery and more.  Testing is performed on your bike or our treadmill. All testing is performed according to protocols of the U.S. Olympic Training Center.
